I second Vicari in all what he said ..
I would only offer a single additional tip, try off access flash,
I am not a big fan of on access flash .. rarely use it even as a fill .. try changing the flash few steps to the right or left and you will see the result .. and stress more the warming gel .. any warming would work thought :)

I'm quite happy with the harsh lighting here, the way it gives focus to the model, almost unreal.

i have to be honest, i like the subject but not the light. of course i am not nearly informed enough to tell you how it should be fixed.......

You have done an excellent job lighting her! Two things I would suggest: Try using a slower shutter speed to get more ambient light in the background to balance this some. It is too obvious that you used flash. The second suggestion is to warm her up a bit. (no not that way). Try using a warming gel on your flash or do it in PS after the fact. Hope this helps.
