Not finding much here, I'm afraid. There is nothing in clear focus and the subject being shoved over in the frame does not seem to work well for this.

Focus? You just missed.
I'll bet someone was holding that up in front of the camera for you to take a shot. He just got a bit too close.

Focus is not on the bubbles but on the blue part below them.
