 The haze was actually smoke from forest fires to the north of this location. This was taken at the same time as the Ironman Canada race was on so all that smoke drifting in made it hard on the athletes. Post processing includes curves, hsl, resize, usm.

Looks like a nice place to be. Good colours and details, but I'm not sure this is the best angle here. I get the symmetry, but it leaves the whole thing feeling quite static and uninteresting for me.

I am not a boat person, but I don't think I've ever seen a boat that looks like this one. It fits nicely into the frame.

what a cool Cat! i love how you have 'grounded' the image to the coastline through the choice of perspective but i find the noise in the haze a bit unfortunate

Nice detail on the boat, maybe try not to center it so much, have it sailing into the frame. Also quite a bit of noise in the sky, you could probably get rid of most of it with some noise reduction.
