Nice of picture of your horse, great focus, dof, and colors - just not a wise choice in picture to choose for this challenge. The horse is already the highlight of the pic and occupies a large percentage of the picture - removing the small amount of background doesn't have an effect on the subject . If I had t work with this picture - I would have desaturated the entire thing except for the little bit of mane on the head and right side just below the eye. Maybe leave the halter in color for balance. You had great workmanship isolating the horse from the rest of the picture.

Beautiful horse shot. I probably wouldn't have colored the sky. But meets challenge requirements very well.

You really used de-sat perfectly to make the horse stand out beautifully. Great photography!!

Hmmmmm... I would have scored this higher if you had left only the horse in color, and put everything, including the sky as B&W. Pretty horse.

Great capture! Would have liked to see the sky desaturated also, gives even more focus to the horse. 7

Nice shot, although I think the sky should have been B&W too.

This is awesome. The only think I would have preferred, I think is to have the sky desaturation too, so the horse really pops out.

Excellent vibrabt colors, and great focus. 8.
