 this is my girlfriend Heather being adorable i couldnt resist getting a picture. shes very cooperative when i feel the need to capture these moments :). i lit it with two speedlights through umbrellas, one pointing down on her and one level with her eyes. post was fairly simple:

crop

played with curves and hue/sat of the different channels a bit

did a little LAB saturation and tweaking lightness curves

multiple usm passes at 150/.3/0 and 10/250/0 for detail and contrast

Nice lighting here, I'm trying hard though to see the connection with the theme, but maybe that's just me. 6
