This is Emily from the fruity shoot lol

The one thing about this shot that annoys me is that I can't have both her eyes and the orange level

Will, don't tell him how we pop the eyes, he is just messing with you!

I think Will has a slightly different method but here is my usual approach. Liquify to straighten any squints or imbalances. Clone tool to remove additional catchlights, Nik Vivezza brushed on to the iris for any colour change, tonal contrast for the iris definition, then selective dodge and burn for the pupil and whites. Finally a quick sharpen usually does the trick.

I know where you are going here, the nick fade is superb, the hand fade is well done, but I think her face '' cheecks and under eyes '' look a bet sharp than the overall mood.
Beside that, I like more the skin process in this one thats ofcourse my own humble opinion, very well done,

yeah good question, i always lighten the eyes in ports but there seems to be more to it then that
