This is one of my favorite photo-shoots to date. Myself and my two daughters went out in the warm rain and the light was wonderful. I had both of them dress up in vintage clothes and we shot for about one hour. I ended up with about 20 images that I loved. I recently went back through that folder and found this image that I really like to. I edited to give it an aged appearance. This was shot using natural light and a reflector. Editing steps were pretty simple with some global adjustments, conversion to black and white and then give a coffee filter. Thanks for looking.

I need to know more about this coffee filter,I can understand it would be a used filter to get the brown color but don't you get coffee grounds in your lens when you use it?

Yeah....I hate it when it happens, but I just lick off the grounds and spit them like tabacco. It's really not a problem then. ;O)

Do you have your vintage shoot posted anywhere? I'd love to see the whole thing. You are so good at that type of photography. My daughter-in-law wants to do a vintage shoot. I think they may even rent some vintage clothing. I'd love to see what you did. Your daughter is so breathtakingly beautiful. And so comfortable with the camera. This would be my favorite shoot too I'm sure -- which from your gallery of amazing portraiture, that's saying aLOT! :)
