 Not my best, But something to post. This is a simple HDR shot, then layered over in PS to get this effect.

Shame...you have two DQ's now in only a handful of challenges. They could have been easily avoided if you read the rules. If you have any questions regarding the guidelines feel free to message anyone on the SC or even myself if you need an answer. Good luck in your future challenges and don't let these set backs frustrate you.
