Flip and blend horizontal, then vertical, a filter gallery filter - I think ink outlines (I'm terrible at remembering exact steps)The colour was changed with a PS Elements Wow style effect gradated filter and then this stage was copied pasted and flipped which more or less eliminated the gradation but I think that there is still a little variation. I can't remember what the blend mode was but it wasn't difference.
