steps:

1.std flip and blend using difference mode - horizontal, vertical, 90 degrees

2.auto contrast, auto color

3.levels adjust, right slider in to 228

4.curves adjust, "color negative" preset, set blend mode to saturation

5.resize, sharpen, resize, save for web
