Adorable little kid. I love the bokeh in this shot. Lighting looks like direct sun from behind and you did a nice not to blow the highlight on his cheek.

Nice coloring, and excellent use of DoF. I have to agree that the face seems just a little dark to me.

Agree with nice focus and DOF, green of background is awesome, nice attentive subject who seems very interested in you. The lighting on the face does not quite work for me; might try brightening the face up just a bit if that is possible without blowing out the small section that is in direct sunlight.
