2.auto levels and auto contrast

3.levels adjust - bring right slider in to 186

4.curves adjust

5.brightness +5

6.resize, sharpen, resize, save for web

I love seeing the original photos...whoda thunk a Defocused simple white house in the country could turn into what we see above...so cool.
