steps:

1.std flip and blend using difference mode - horizontal, vertical, 90 degrees

2.auto levels, auto contrast, auto color

3.levels adjust, bring in right slider to 226

4.curves adjust, "negative" preset

5. resize, sharpen, resize, save to web

That is very pretty. I thought you might have used paint daubs - sparkle, from the filter gallery, but it is the lovely soft bokeh from the original image that has done that.

I really love the bright vibrant colors. This technique is wonderful and a blur image, the result is just soooo lovely! I'm drawn into the light :-)

That is SOOOO pretty - almost a batik with symmetry. The soft of it is killer!!!!
