I think this shot might have benefited from a BW treatment. The reason being, the colors are rather drab and definitely lacking in the vibrance department. This isn't a problem, but it does make it particularly well suited for BW. It's a nice pastoral scene, and the fog is a element.

For me there is not much here. It appears to be two horses eating in the rain. No real wow factor for me here. Perhaps a stronger contrast would give a bit more life to the image.
