Good detail in the center, but either a more concerted effort to isolate the center from the rest of the photo as a focal point or a deeper DoF would have benefited things. Nice job capturing the drops, and the refracted image in the raindrop has some very cool color variation.
Nice delicate image. The bright colours are nice against the dark background. The water adds a nice interest, though it does not go far enough to really scream at me.
