 Suggested improvement:
 The colours seem kind of cold. Especially in the skin tones. I might try to warm it up a bit with hue/sat.

 Erik, you are right, my children are the whitest white people ever!!  So they always look so pale.  sometimes I use a warming filter on my sons face so he doesnt look so pale, but I didnt do that here.  thanks for the feeback.

Skin looks a bit pale, but it is winter so he may not have seen much sun recently.  The eyes seem a little less sharp than the hair and clothes, you might do some minor selective sharpening.
