looks like the interior of my kitchen-aide grater blade but the curvature doesn't look severe enough so I'll say it's cheese grater with the curvature being an illusion

some kind of grater (nutmeg? curve of the grater?) IMO I think I would have cropped out the bottom part of the picture that isn't in such sharp focus and tried to get the bottom of your picture to be as close to the focused part of the picture just above the title (not sure if that makes sense or not)
