 Australia's largest endemic butterfly, should be a treat for those in the throws of a northern hemisphere winter. Handheld shot. Editing was intentionally limited to some very minor tweaks to saturation and sharpness, not even a crop. Fill flash would have been handy to bring down the ISO and improve sharpness. It was rainy and indoors in a shade mesh enclosure, the natural light was lovely and soft but a bit on the low side.

Nice macro of the critter. The colours are nice and work well. However for me there is something flat and perhaps slight out of focus about it. It just does not pop and give me the clarity I am looking for.
