Dancers at a concert I went to last weekend. The overlay is from a shot of stage fog, taken separately. Filter Forge frame.
Another version. If a lot of time is spent playing around might as well make the most of it.

The stage fog really works well as an overlay...I actually thought they were really in the stage fog.
