I just don't see rural here, sorry.....and the decay really isn't so much evident as the piling is pretty standard stuff around the waterfront. What damage there is seems like it could be from salt water.....again, not speaking rural to me.....4

Composition does not seem to be leading my eye around well, and the strong yellow cast does not work well for me. It's a good effort that's just not working for me.
