Took this shot from the roof of my condo building. Was able to capture the CN tower while it had its holiday lights going (the lights actually run all year, but with various colour patterns). The cloud cover gave me some nice reflected light that makes the sky look like it's on fire. Hope this one does okay in the free study.

Rockin! What a nice surprise to come into work to see a new PB, and a top 25 placing! Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments! Brad, anytime you want to shoot from the top of my building, just let me know :)

Eric, I would suggest we wait till the summer months for a party :) It's cold up there, and extra windy to boot!

Excellent shot and a somewhat unusual viewpoint of Toronto's skyline. It's strange looking back and think that I drove Gardiner to work in Toronto (Jarvis and Bloor) for many years.

I find this imaging appealing. The long-exposure created a nice background of cloud motion that works nice against the stark sharpness of the lights and buildings.
