 This building is located in downtown Victoria... looks like I missed the perfect lighting by about 5 minutes :( Wasn't sure really what was expected of this challenge, but threw in a submission anyways. Shot in raw and adjusted clarity, saturation, and exposure. Exported to CS4 and USM, burned in the sky a little.

Great architecture shot, BL meets challenge. Halo gradation is actually quite fun and rarely done as it's seldom liked by the anti 256 colour pixel brigade. Exposure control is good.
