Mix to taste and combine to new layer, then...

Nik Color Efex Pro tonal contrast on frame portion only
Create new layer from all below again, then
Nik Silver Efex holga filter, 21% opacity
Sometimes I just can't seem to stop processing....

Wow, I fully expected the birds to be from two separate exposures. Processing aside, that is just a really fortuitous catch!
