 Those long and winding rails were a never relenting reminder of distant days, days spent on the open road. As if that wasn't painful enough, several times a day he had to watch the locomotives and their freight rumble by. Leon would shut his eyes and dream of the wonderful place those big trains would be headed and imagine heading there himself. He could just about feel the wind and the whistling sound it made as he roared down the byways. But before he could totally sink himself into those happy places the engineers would always blow that loud whistle for the crossing ahead and rip him back into reality.

PS- the 70 came and I never knew I could fall in love with a car like I did. Pics to come.

The image itself is totally cool, particularly love the rusty tone; the addition of the story makes this utterly fantastic! Great series of melancholy car shots you've got going in this side challenge :-)
