 This is the silliest-looking cat! He is not mine, but he does visit occasionally so I always give him cat milk and treats when he happens by. The poor boy has no upper fangs, that's why his lips hang funny, and he is totally cross-eyed. We call him China.
I used this overlay, made some changes to it as you can see
