 Frost is the newest member of our family, he adopted us a couple of months ago. This boy is soooo sweet! He's a very good photographic subject because he is enthralled with the camera so stares right into the lens rather than hiding, like most of my cats do :-)

Nik Color Efex Pro pro contrast
Nik Color Efex Pro tonal contrast
Copy eyes to new layer set to screen mode
Nik Silver Efex Pro duotone conversion
The overlay below in both multiply and overlay mode, cat mostly masked out
Then some more tweaking

Gorgeous kitty, and how fortunate that he's a camera hound (so to speak.) Nice work with the whole composite! I swear, between you and a couple of other folks, I may have to invest in more of the Nik software...
