Camera: Canon EOS-40D
Lens: Tamron SP AF 17-50mm f/2.8 Di II LD Aspherical (IF) for Canon

Aperture: f3.5
ISO: 100
Shutter: 0.8s

Christmas tree in the background (maybe its too much, or just right?)). Light though lens, another light on camera right to provide fill.

This was hard to get a slow shutter and a wide aperture. I wanted specifically the light through the lens to draw into the camera body. I also wanted an overexposed camera body to hide the detail.

This is nice. I like the light stream coming out of the camera.

Fits challenge and I'm surprised there weren't more camera/lens shots in this challenge. Tight crop which is better imho. I'm surprised you didn't do more focus on the 2nd 'partner', aka the camera body?
