nice capture, nice color/contrast.. but somehow my eyes cannot decide whether to stay on the blue cloth in focus on the right, or on the stem... i'd rather blur the cloth..

background is distracting with that thread coming out, lighting is not properly done, there is a lot of texture on the green head of the pepper that could have worked really well for the challenge if it was cropped closer and focused on that.

Focus seems off and there is quite a bit of noise in the shot. Perhaps using a high aperture setting would have cleaned that up

your stronger point of focus is on the blue fabric to the right....NOT on the pepper...(I take it-your subject)

Nice idea, good colours. I'm not liking the torn tablecloth and heavy cropping.
