IMO I would have liked to see the focus of your picture more clearly...(the book...) not the foreground...for me that is distracting...

Foreground and background distracts immediately. Crop tighter and you'd have scored higher I think.

Nicely lit and an interesting take on the challenge. The composition doesn't quite work for me - the ruler(?) and blue thing aren't adding anything relevant to the subject.

Decent idea but the execution doesn't match it.

You've got lots of different elements (tools as it were) and I like the selective focus to try to emphasise just a couple of them.

However the perspective is a little awkward.

This shot appears to be a little soft, i like the contasting colours of the circuit board though, maybe that could have been the focal point...

3 nice setup but layout and focus of foreground components would have improved th picture. circuit board also lacks focus

not sure what i am supposed to be looking at in this one. maybe a few too many things, or possibly could have arranged them to lead in the eye
