 It's Mr McFeely from TV's Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood! David Newell still makes regular public appearances here in Pittsburgh and graciously signs autographs. To anyone who grew up watching the show, he's as warm and friendly in real life as he was on television.

This was a quick snap during a lunchtime holiday appearance at the city courthouse last week. Photoflex MX-35, Fuji Superia 800 film.
