This is what I think the message is...."What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
Many people interpret this to mean that people should not get tatts or piercings. That our body is not ours but God's.
So, the title Doubt; simply means that this person is doubting the general interpretation of what most people believe in regards to treating our bodies as temples.
Just my thinking on the meaning.

| for me I am having a hard time with getting the message of the picture and title combined...you have an excellent picture...good lighting and tonal value...but I am missing the message |

I don't get a sense of 'doubt' from the photo. I see the cross on the arm which is the only tie with religion in the photo that I can make out.
It is a nice photo in its own right. |
