 Hiking in the Adirondaks in November! It was a first for me, but well worth it.

oooh yeah, forgot to put some details about what that thing is... sorry guys!

anyhoo, for those who go hiking regularly, you should be familiar with cairns (piles of rocks which mark the trail) - so this is a cairn at the top of Mt. Algonquin in the Adirondaks of New York. It's winter up there already, so what you're looking at is a cairn which has been frosted over. The directional wind has caused the 'icicles' all to form in one direction. Kinda trippy huh?
