 So I bought a 14-24mm lens, and it ended up broken within a few days, great, so this landscape is shot with a 50mm lens for the fun of it. I SOOOOOOOOOOO wanted to enter this with a kick arse picture taken with my 14-24...

Took this shot when I was scouting for landscapes. Handheld in dusk, lot of fog. I'm hoping the artistic feel of this will get some good votes. I actually like it!

The dark treeline, island and distant shore against hues of misty blues create a wonderful mystical and mysterious landscape. 10

The deep Prussian blues appeal to me...the colors of twilight, between here and there, what is and what isn't...this has an atmosphere that is felt, and a place that may exist in my own mind...very nice.

this picture is stunning...and IMHO...I think you could have cropped out all of the ground leaving the tops of the trees and it wouldn't have hurt the picture at all...
