 This one's for my mum who helped me out with getting to this place. I had a more good looking (more wow factor) image over here but I ended up going for this one. I loved the previous version but it was more architecture based and I wasn't sure if simply putting in a picture of a pretty religious place was enough.

This place is called the Badshahi Mosque. It's so beautiful that I could have taken a few days to explore it.

This man is an out of work guide at this historical place. Since tourism has trickled down to nothing only locals are visiting it and since this is our local history a guide isn't really needed especially english speaking ones like this guy.. sad, so a prayer for him.

Masterful shot. Everything about this is appealing to me. Colours, ambient lighting, architecture, the subject. Just a pity about the man walking away in the distance. 8
