 Couldn't find a good translation for this one. It's baked spinach (mixed with flour and egg), decorated with smoked salmon and crème fraîche. Just something you can eat before dinner. And, most important, the family liked it!

Althought they hated my cooking of today, pasta with a kind of beans. sorry, no photo :)

Just noticed the tilt shift lens. Bit difficult to see the creme fraiche, somewhat lost in the background.

Looks delicious, as always, I'll need to hit fridge after commenting on your photographs.
