Arrow passing through the center of a bullseye pattern.

Uniform adjustments: exposure compensation, saturation, contrast, unsharp mask, and crop.

On a good, calibrated monitor the target should actually "pop" out of the screen in a pseudo-3D effect.

I would have put the bullseye in the upper left so that the tip on the arrow was in the middle. As it is now, the diagonal leading line leads the eye out of the photo.

Nice idea. The arrow head is a little blown out. Other than that very nice shot.
