This photo scored unbelievably low. I honestly thought this would place quite high.

I like the building/structure that you are using...to me it add interest to the picture

This is very striking. I'd love to tell you why, but I'm not entirely sure. But it definitely works. (Drive-by commenting only.)

A strong image . It is interesting how the red on his gloves draws the viewers eye into the center of the image

The individual square panes of the windows are echoed by the larger squares of the abbey building and in turn are echoed by the squares of the sidewalk. This can also be said of the archways in the window and building. There is the predominant colour of the greys which are also reflected in the man's hair and in his jacket collar. Great lines in this and great reinforcing patterns because of that harmony.

I wish you had desaturated the color of his gloves : ) They break up the otherwise wonderful mood you've created!

Looks a bit of a snapshot, and underexposed. Maybe with fill light, or a flash would work better.

This is a great shot, I love the use of natural light. Texture on the windows is amazing! 7

Reason why I didn't vote this higher : This needs to be straightened just a tad bit.. it would help the shot a lot! Also while this is probably not posed, a beautiful model at the same location would have made this shot a definite 10!

I really like this. It doesn't have the wow factor but the shot was executed so perfectly. 8
