 This photo was taken in the early evening using no lights...
my white balance was set to daylight and my focal length was 70mm...
the basic editing i did was my levels and my brightness & contrast which i only played with the contrast...
My levels i increased the black and the white just a little to intensify the photo..
I wanted to bring a feeling of darkness and solitude to the photo hence the title " When The Lights Go Out"
