| The entire picture lacks sharpness in my opinion. The collors are cool but don't cause impact or fell of rainbow. 4. |

| Though heavily saturated, and despite the fact that I can find examples of the R-O-G-B-Y-P spectrum if I search, I don't see enough real variance in color for me to credit this as a "rainbow" of colors. Hazy, blown out sky is also a detraction. |

| I like what you went after here, with all the colors and the lines/shapes. However the scene is a bit busy and has no real subject. Perhaps moving closer to s single subject within the scene would have more impact. |
