I was trying to capture bees in flight when something large went across my view. I looked to the ground behind the bush and saw this praying mantis slowly creeping towards where the bees were. I just tracked it and got some great shots!!

Love the image. Title may be more descriptive than necessary. Possibly give your viewers/voters more credit to evaluate an image on its own merit.

great capture...might have cropped out the leaf on the bottom of the picture..but otherwise a good picture

Full marks for effort and timing, its not often you see them with food. As a photo I am getting distracted with the stuff in the bottom of the frame and it feels unbalanced. I also feel that a touch more postproduction would have helped.
