 I have friends who are researchers at the Minnesota Horticulture Research Center. This year, many variations of Indian Corn were grown. This particular variety had the wildest variety of colors and the closest tones to a rainbow.

It looks natural and it was entered without all of the photo shopped enhancements. This is a very nice shot.

I'm very surprised this didn't finish in the top 10. One of my favourites of the challenge. Beautiful colour, composition and detail. Clear winner of the Most Under Appreciated (IMHO) Award.

Is it really those colours naturally? How weird.
Anyway, love the simplicity of composition and the way the light hits the papery husk. Nicely done

if this corn is true, I did not know it exists. The problem that I see with this one is the angle used, it does not add interest. Also it doesn't look completely in focus, or maybe it just a matter of applying sharpness on the editing. 6.
