 Had quite a few go's at taking this shot, eventually I got a setup I really liked and tried it with all sorts of different backgrounds.

Red turned out my favourite but it was a close call with blue, I'll probably regret that come the out-takes :)

Editing was extremely minimal, exposure, contrast, brightness and black point adjustment, all in Aperture. Didn't even crop!

orange being my favorite color drew my attention first. Using a triplet to creat symmetry kept my attention. great photo...9

Great idea. Front Fork could do with more DOF at tips. DMC (my acronym for Does Meet Challenge). Left and right fork symmetry is a bit off but doesn't effect my rating.

Interesting and original work. Could be a real winner if the management of the (not symmetrical) reflexion was better (and actually, the subject itself isn't perfectly centered).
Already fascinating as is, with its threatening mood, and a nice graphical contrast against the saturated background.
