Okay, so I'm crazy for entering this challenge. I know the Florida foliage can not compare to the amazing pictures you all are taking north of me but I've been shooting this beautiful tree for weeks. The blooms were yellow and now a bright orange.
I did a few adjustments in levels, curves, sat, highlights/shadows, dodge/burn and nik filter for a lower key on the greens.

Lovely palette of different shades of green against which the orange leaves or are they flowers really pop. What an unusual and beautiful tree by the way and it has a very apt name. I like those wisps of "Old Man's Beard" hanging from the branches and I like the fine detail in the bark too.
