Yes, the image is tilted but the subject matter is not interesting. Work on creating an image with interesting subject matter that will draw the viewer in.

Not sure that the tilt adds much to the photo. It doesn't give me a sense of movement or 'design' as per the challenge.

However, the silhouette is good against the strong blue of the sky.
