Good thinking and well executed. I think the inclination of the glass helps give a sense of movement - as if the liquid is 'sloshing' in the glass.

What prevents it from getting top marks is when I ask 'would I want a photo like this?' department. The subject is just not interesting enough.

Haha, it's great you resisted the attempt to tilt the photo the other way (it's the way people do), andd so it made me think twice.
