 October is breast cancer awareness month. The capital city of Rhode Island ceremoniously lights the state house in pink. And this year they also conducted a torchlight march of sorts led by dozens of breast cancer survivors down to waterplace park where they proceeded to light one of the last waterfire's of the year.

For those not familiar with waterfire, its a local attraction that draws a lot of people into the city. If you're ever in the area it's worth checking out. Google it for more info (waterfire Providence)
