Had no intention of entering this 'til we went on a harbour cruise yesterday. While passing under the bridge I snapped about 15 shots of the bridge walkers. A pleasant surprise later at home when processing to find ONE only had the moon in the BG.

A little topaz adjust, levels, curves and some sky burning & NI.
Cropped, rotated, saved for web.

This is one of the few extreme tilts that I like. Most of the other tilts did not workf or the phots This did. I'm not quite sure what the purpose of the moon was other than filling up negative space.

This could be debated as to whether it fits rule of thirds or not. Although the moon is in the ROT area, I find the composition of the bridge to be centered, and my eye is led to the man above the central beam. There's also a bit of blotchiness in the sky that some careful selective editing could help with. OK, nitpicking session is over. I do like this shot. It has some strong visual impact for me.
