Just a few minute drive from my house and I'm at the edge of the Pacific Ocean. The tide is out further than usual allowing me unusual access to otherwise remote locations.

I should let anyone who see's this know, this had no window or dirt associated with it. Some condensation. I got this effect with a really fast shutter and the built in flash on my D200. I as also literally spinning, it created the neat motion-y affect.

Love the colors in the foreground. The top half of the shot with the water and wave not being distinct is hurting this one.

Is that condensation on the lens or dirt

The colors are great.
I just don't like the blur the window is causing at the top. I think I would crop down to just include a bit of the blue.
