 Talk about getting lucky with this shot. I just happened to be driving back into the Lansing area and saw the Lights. I had to do a double-take because we normally don't get to see the Northern Lights here in mid-MI. In fact, this was the first time in my life that I was able to see the Lights. I always figured I would have to go to Iceland to get a shot similar to this. ;-) The lighting near the horizon is from the greater Lansing area. Even as I was finishing up shooting this, the Lights were starting to fade. And after driving back into town, the city lights had already made the Lights disappear from view.

Other than adding a Glamour Glow filter, the rest of the editing was basic.

I can see a movie title like this coming from an adaptation of a cult science fiction book - but really it's a bit of a stretch. It's a pretty image for sure, but it has a smeared quality that doesn't sit too well with me.

It's OK as an image but it doesn't say 'movie' to me in the same way as some of the other entries do.

Good image, but the title does not sound like a movie name. Perhaps something alien themed might have been better?
