Can't say I had a great idea for this challenge, but I use atificial light for my macros... so I went with
a slinky shot on a black background using a portable lantern, which is in the NW corner of the shot causing the "ring of light" extending through the photo

Great lines; superb blues. There is an explosive feeling of movement here from the inside out-blending the mechanical architectural shapes with almost that of the underlying flower shape below. perhaps it signifies that both flowers and steel have elemental cores, really boil down to the same thing. perhaps i am reading too much into it; perhaps not.
